About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bank Support Worker to join our team at Trinity House, a specialist residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication management
  • Support individuals to access education, employment, and leisure activities
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care and support

Requirements

  • Experience working in a care or support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
