We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Patient Services Advisor at Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, consultants, and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Manage and coordinate bookings, clinic rooms, and patient information, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with medical secretaries, consultants, and other staff members to provide seamless support.
- Monitor and respond to departmental email inboxes, allocating tasks and ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, consultants, and colleagues.
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Basic IT skills, with proficiency in using patient information systems and other software applications.
