About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join our team at Isio. As a key member of our Pensions Administration Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality administration services to our clients and their members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of pension scheme clients, ensuring delivery of services in accordance with client Service Level Agreements.
  • Process member events within deadlines, adhering to Isio's standards, scheme rules, and legislation.
  • Peer review and check work to ensure compliance with scheme rules and legislation.
  • Communicate effectively with members, trustees, and other third parties.
  • Provide support and share knowledge across the team.
  • Maintain a culture that reflects Isio's behaviours and values, prioritizing our people and members.
  • Attend and present at internal and external meetings, including Trustee and/or client meetings.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes impacting your portfolio or schemes.
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Identify non-core fee projects and raise them with clients in a timely manner.
  • Exhibit a positive and professional attitude, building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
Requirements
  • Experience in delivering administration services to Defined Benefit pension schemes.
  • Excellent customer service focus, with the ability to assess client needs and manage expectations.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present administration reports and communicate with clients/trustees.
  • Experience in managing, mentoring, and developing teams.
