About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in dietetics, with a focus on clinical practice. You will be responsible for assessing patients' nutritional needs, developing personalized meal plans, and providing education and support to help them make informed choices about their diet. You will also work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and coordination.
