Dietitian Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Dietitian to join our team at Weston Favell Primary Care Centre - Favell Plus GP Surgery. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will play a vital role in providing expert nutrition advice and guidance to our patients, helping them to achieve their health goals and improve their overall well-being.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nutrition and dietetics, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for conducting nutritional assessments, developing personalized meal plans, and providing education and counseling to patients. You will also work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

• Conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalized meal plans for patients
• Provide education and counseling to patients on nutrition and healthy eating habits
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
• Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and trends, and apply this knowledge to improve patient care
• Develop and implement nutrition programs and services to meet the needs of our patients

• Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
• Strong background in nutrition and dietetics, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
