Key Responsibilities

Working a standard Monday to Friday schedule, you will be accountable for both your own tasks and the management of your engineering team.

  • The main responsibility is to oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and address breakdowns using the Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system.
  • Assist the management team in executing additional non-contractual projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Supervise reactive maintenance in line with contractual obligations.
  • Manage minor enhancement projects.
  • Participate in client meetings.
  • Oversee contractor activities.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a recognized qualification in Electrical Engineering (HNC, HNC C&G).
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising and managing a commercial property.
  • Proven background in both planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Experience in a building services context is essential.
