Early Years Assessor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Early Years professional to join our team as an Early Years Assessor. As an Early Years Assessor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of Early Years apprenticeship learners, providing coaching and mentoring to support them in achieving their qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of Early Years apprenticeship learners, including those with Functional Skills
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to support learners in achieving their qualifications
  • Conduct regular visits to learners in their place of work to monitor progress and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of the Early Years apprenticeship program
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Early Years management
  • Level 5 (or equivalent) Early Years qualification
  • UK driving license and use of own transport
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
  • Full-time, permanent role with a 40-hour working week
  • Home-based working with flexible hours
  • Competitive salary of £29k-£34k per annum
