Early Years Programme Coordinator

At Ultimate Activity, we're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Leader to join our team. As a key member of our camp staff, you'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our Early Years programme, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for our 4- and 5-year-old campers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high-quality programme that meets the needs of our young campers, incorporating EYFS requirements and promoting participation, development, and enjoyment.
- Prepare and lead sports, arts, and crafts activities, as well as games, to cater to the diverse needs and abilities of our campers.
- Supervise and support a team of Early Years staff, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
- Collaborate with the Camp Manager to maintain Ofsted requirements and ensure the highest standards of childcare are met.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates and feedback on their child's progress.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare or Primary Education, with significant experience working with 4- and 5-year-olds.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging activities and adapt to the needs of individual children.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a passion for working with children and promoting their development through play.
- Good working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and its application in a camp setting.
