• Participating in daily toolbox discussions with supervisors.
• Main duties involve supporting the distribution and warehouse department in task execution.
• Providing assistance in supervising a small team.
• Manually loading delivery vehicles with finished products.
• Following picking lists and verifying products before loading.
• Measuring materials prior to dispatch to ensure compliance.
• Conducting quality inspections on various components.
• Possessing a working knowledge of all production departments and the systems utilized.

• Experience in a high-paced production setting.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to acquire new skills on the job.
• Confidence in responsibilities and readiness to take on additional duties as needed.
• Willingness to work overtime, particularly on Saturday mornings and evenings due to the demands of the role.
• Experience in supervising and coordinating a team is beneficial.
