• Primary duties involve supporting the distribution and warehouse sector in task management.
• Assist in overseeing a small team.
• Manually load completed products onto delivery vehicles.
• Utilize picking lists to verify products before loading.
• Measure materials prior to dispatch to ensure compliance.
• Conduct quality inspections on various components.
• Possess a working knowledge of all production areas and the systems employed.

• Experience in a dynamic production setting.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and a willingness to acquire new skills.
• Demonstrate confidence and readiness to assume additional responsibilities.
• Willingness to work overtime, particularly on weekends, due to the nature of the role.
• Previous supervisory and team coordination experience is a plus.
