Job Summary

OH Talent Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Occupational Health Technician to join our forward-thinking and innovative Occupational Health and Wellbeing team. As an Occupational Health Technician, you will play a key role in the delivery of OH services to our clients, providing a range of services including health surveillance, pre-employment medicals, and health promotion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide health surveillance services, including audiometry, spirometry, vision tests, skin inspections, and HAVS assessments.
  • Conduct pre-employment medicals, assessments, and questionnaires.
  • Perform basic health checks, including blood, glucose, and urinalysis tests.
  • Administer drug and alcohol testing.
  • Provide phlebotomy services.
  • Offer health promotion and wellbeing advice.
Requirements
  • Current or previous experience working within the health, wellbeing, or fitness sectors.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously as an Occupational Health Technician.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive and motivated individual who can handle various challenges.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and stay overnight when required.
  • Valid full UK driving license.
