OH Talent Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Occupational Health Technician to join our forward-thinking and innovative Occupational Health and Wellbeing team. As an Occupational Health Technician, you will play a key role in the delivery of OH services to our clients, providing a range of services including health surveillance, pre-employment medicals, and health promotion.
Key Responsibilities- Provide health surveillance services, including audiometry, spirometry, vision tests, skin inspections, and HAVS assessments.
- Conduct pre-employment medicals, assessments, and questionnaires.
- Perform basic health checks, including blood, glucose, and urinalysis tests.
- Administer drug and alcohol testing.
- Provide phlebotomy services.
- Offer health promotion and wellbeing advice.
- Current or previous experience working within the health, wellbeing, or fitness sectors.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously as an Occupational Health Technician.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive and motivated individual who can handle various challenges.
- Willingness to travel extensively and stay overnight when required.
- Valid full UK driving license.
- Salary: £27,800 - £30,600 per annum.
