The firm provides expert advice and services to businesses in financial distress, offering solutions through corporate restructuring, liquidation, and administration.
Position Overview:As a Corporate Insolvency Manager, you will take a leading role in managing a diverse portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, administrations, and MVLs. You will oversee case progression from start to finish, ensuring compliance with legal regulations while delivering a high level of service to clients. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to manage a team of insolvency professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Case Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of corporate insolvency cases, ensuring all processes are compliant with statutory requirements.
- Client Interaction: Provide expert advice to directors and creditors, managing stakeholder relationships throughout the insolvency process.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of insolvency administrators, providing guidance and ensuring consistent case management.
- Reporting: Prepare and review statutory reports, creditor communications, and case documentation.
- Business Development: Support business development initiatives, including attending networking events and identifying new opportunities for the firm.
- Significant experience in corporate insolvency, ideally in a management role.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload of insolvency cases.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- ACA/ACCA/CPI/JIEB qualification is preferred but not essential.
