Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary
Lloyds British, a leading provider of lifting and equipment inspection services in the UK, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CSC Coordinator to provide administrative support to the manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and organizing engineer jobs to meet internal and external customer needs, while maintaining service excellence and agreed SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize engineer jobs to meet customer needs and service excellence standards
- Support the management team with proactive approaches to increase utilization within designated areas
- Utilize strong administration skills to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to the delivery of the company's ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver
Requirements:
- Strong administration skills gained in a customer service environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced administrative/customer service role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivation and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
