Job SummaryNoble Recruiting Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Codes & ADR Coordinator to join our team. As a Codes & ADR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) competent authority and Consumer Codes Approval Scheme areas.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the approval process of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies and Approved Code Sponsor organisations in the UK.
- Participate in the auditing of alternative dispute resolution bodies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed reports on audit findings and recommendations.
- Collate and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Arrange and attend meetings and audits with stakeholders to discuss findings and recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with consumers and traders through various means, including written correspondence and presentations.
- Deal with consumer complaints about ADR and CCAS bodies in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct website sweeps to investigate and report on website content and its adherence to approval rules.
- Develop and maintain sufficient consumer legal knowledge to review ADR cases for legal correctness.
- Support the timely response to Department for Business & Trade (DBT) on matters including reporting, consultations, and ADR development.
- Utilize data to support consumer policy, promotion, and public relations activities.
- Support promotion and information giving activities, including attending events and producing promotional materials.
- Occasional overnight national travel may be required for audits, conferences, and similar events.
Essential:
- Ability to produce accurate work to tight deadlines and within required standards and requirements.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised, with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Commitment to delivering team objectives and contributing to a positive team culture.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
Desirable:
- Presentation skills to a variety of audiences.
