About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to join our team at Gillespie Recruitment Ltd. As the Office Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Ensure the smooth running of our office, including managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to the team.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate and manage the activities of the team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with the team, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Scheduling: Manage the office schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Financial Management: Assist with financial tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Human Resources Support: Provide support with HR-related tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management.
Requirements
  • 1 year's experience in an estate agency or a similar industry.
  • Management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management tools.
