As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing and delivering Building Surveying projects for private and public clients across various sectors within the built environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver Building Surveying projects from conception to completion
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the Directors to develop the business and drive growth
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and strategies

Requirements

  • MRICS qualification or equivalent experience
  • Proven commercial consultancy building surveying experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
