Main Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Proactively identify and develop opportunities in the local target market.
- Maximise sales across the complete product range.
- Generate leads and contact prospective customers.
- Up-selling products to maximise order potential.
- Understand client business in detail to increase their value.
- Convert leads from enquiry into quotes & sales orders.
You will be assigned some existing key customer accounts that you will develop through delivery of excellent customer service, liaising with existing customers, and advising on product savings and new additions to the portfolio of products. You will also make calls to lapsed clients to understand their current trading needs and see if they would be happy to reconnect and provide a quotation for their up-and-coming order.
