Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Examinations Officer to join our team at the University of Brighton Academies Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of internal and external examinations, while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of internal and external examinations, including scheduling, timetabling, and logistics
  • Ensure compliance with exam regulations, GDPR, and KCSIE
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with teachers, students, and external exam boards
  • Provide administrative support to the academic team, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective examination procedures
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative role in a school environment
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Experience with SIMS or similar school management information systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
