**Job Title: Senior Exams and Data Officer**

**Location**: Burgess Hill/ Lancing

**Contract Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000 - £25,000

Masterclass are working alongside a fabulous multi school site who are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join their team as a Senior Exams and Data Officer. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth coordination of examinations and maintaining accurate data records within the institution. The role will involve driving between all sites, so driving is essential.

The school’s aim is to support their students to feel valued and gain access to learning through a personalised programme, individual to them. They have been rated “Good” in there rating from Ofsted in March 2018.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Examination Coordination**:

- Oversee the planning, organization, and administration of all internal and external examinations.
- Coordinate with exam boards, ensuring compliance with examination regulations and guidelines.
- Manage the allocation of examination venues, invigilators, and any special accommodations.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student and staff data records.
- Implement data quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity of information.
- Generate reports and provide data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- **Timetable Management**:

- Collaborate with academic departments to create and manage examination timetables.
- Ensure timely and effective communication of examination schedules to students and staff.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in examinations coordination and data management
- Familiarity with examination board regulations and procedures.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in data management software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- GCSE’S in Maths & English or Equivalent

**Must have**:

- Ability to work well independently and as a team
- Has a passion to support and empower children and young people
- A DBS on the Updates Service, or be willing to obtain one
- Commitment to safeguarding students and young people
