Overview: Are you passionate about delivering a dynamic and diverse experience in theatre, film, and dining? We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of our theatre, cinema, café/bar areas, and community rental spaces, ensuring effective and efficient management of our venue. This role encompasses strategic planning, financial oversight, personnel management, and program coordination to guarantee top-notch service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, ensuring the seamless functioning of all venue aspects, including cinema, theatre, café/bar, and community events.
  • Inspire and guide staff, providing clear direction and support to team leaders for achieving success.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee revenue management, ticket pricing strategies, and identify new revenue opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in a managerial capacity, preferably within the arts, entertainment, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong financial skills and experience in budget oversight.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proven track record of balancing organizational requirements with service delivery.
  • Experience in marketing and audience engagement strategies.
