Join Barclays as a Senior Software Engineer IAM, where you will play a pivotal role in advancing a new digital platform capability, modernizing our digital infrastructure to create a leading digital experience centered around customer satisfaction. Success in this role may be assessed based on critical skills such as extensive experience in full-stack development technologies including Java, React, API & microservices, PostgreSQL, familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering principles, exposure to Ping Identity/ForgeRock products, and comprehensive IAM engineering experience (authentication, authorization, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, user lifecycle management, OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, policy management). Additional relevant skills include cloud computing (AWS, Azure), experience in DevSecOps, knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (Ansible, Terraform), containerization, and expertise in authentication and biometric system design.
