As a Lead Building Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in some of the UK's most impactful projects. Your responsibilities will span various sectors, including retail, healthcare, energy, commercial real estate, education, and public services. Collaborating with our senior management, you will guide multidisciplinary teams focused on excellence. Key Responsibilities:
MRICS qualified Building Consultant. Commitment to uphold the values of positivity, professionalism, and collaboration. Self-motivated to pursue further industry qualifications and continuously enhance technical and interpersonal skills. Adherence to the established training plan and objectives. Ability to apply technical expertise in problem analysis and solution creation. Effective communication and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. Assisting in the development of opportunities and growth within a specific specialization, such as healthcare or education. Contributing to the compilation of work scopes and the production of design documentation, including drawings. Participating in project planning and execution. In-depth understanding of construction technology and building services. Attending design and construction stage meetings. Collaborating on large-scale survey projects. Coordinating with senior colleagues to ensure timely delivery of technical outputs that meet client specifications. Conducting accurate surveys on-site as needed.
