We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our dynamic team at Additional Resources Ltd. As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in the hands-on management of both residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all property management tasks, including client reporting, landlord/tenant liaison, contractor appointments, rent collection, and service charge administration.
  • Regularly review and action on outstanding debts.
  • Conduct periodic inspections and ensure compliance.
  • Address issues promptly, including out-of-hours work if necessary.
  • Handle purchase invoices, enter them into the system, and approve for payment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
  • Experience in managing both residential & commercial properties.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
