Job Title: Property Management Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Surveyor to join our team at Service Care Solutions. As a Property Management Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on property and land matters to our clients in the Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide lease interpretation and advice on granting and taking of leases
  • Advise on dilapidations and general land and property queries
  • Responsible for Community Asset Transfers across the council
  • Ensure property and land used by community groups meets both their needs and the long term strategic objectives of the council
  • Provide information and support the development of the council's estates strategy
  • Provide leasehold advisory services across the council on operational matters
  • Responsible for the identification and resolution of title issues, boundary disputes and encroachments
Requirements:
  • Qualified to degree level in Real Estate Management or equivalent subject
  • Equivalent relevant experience
  • Good understanding of Local Authority processes and procedures
  • Strong understanding of the Local Authority obligations in relation to Landlord and Tenant Act
  • Detailed knowledge of case law and legislation across all property related matters and a detailed knowledge of Asset Management planning best practice
Salary:

£25 per hour Umbrella Ltd. (approx. £20 PAYE)
