Job Opportunity: Automotive Safety Specialist

Involve Recruitment is working with a leading Vehicle Safety Supplies company to recruit a highly motivated and dedicated auto electrician to join their team of Field Service Engineers. This is a remote role that requires covering the Midlands and London areas, with the main base located in the West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to customers by fitting or servicing safety products on large vehicles
  • Installing DVR and camera systems, DVS standards, FORS (Bronze, Silver, Gold), beacons and lights, alarms and sensors

Requirements:

  • Electrical automotive background
  • Available to work some weekends at an overtime rate
  • Possible nights away and flexible hours
  • Full driving license and experience with plant or HGV

Benefits:

  • Monday – Friday schedule with 1 Saturday a month required
  • 50 hours a week, door-to-door
  • £32,000-£42,000 salary based on experience and location
  • Plenty of overtime available
  • Remote role with stock dropped to local self-storage for collection
  • Van supplied with fuel and initial tool kit with tool allowance
