This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified mental health nurse to undertake a challenging role within one of London's leading centres for healthcare and gain invaluable skills by working across multiple mental health services.

The successful candidate will join a highly qualified team responsible for providing support and medical care to patients with a range of complex mental health issues across East London communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients with complex mental health issues
  2. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver effective care and treatment plans
  3. Contribute to the development and implementation of care pathways and policies
  4. Participate in education and training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
  5. Engage with patients and their families to promote recovery and well-being

Requirements:

  1. NMC Registration
  2. At least 6 months NHS experience in the last 3 years, and experience working within a mental healthcare department
  3. Robust clinical knowledge, strong initiative, and a proactive approach to work
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  5. Honesty and integrity, and a very caring patient-centred approach
