About The Role

Morrison Energy Services is seeking a highly skilled Lead Design Analysis Engineer to join our OHL Design team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating design engineering solutions to support MESTN OHL and Substation construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day overhead line design activities, collaborating closely with the Design Manager.
  • Act as a project lead and senior design resource, delivering high-quality design outputs as required.
  • Develop and implement design processes, policies, and training manuals.
  • Provide technical advice and support to Babcock personnel and clients.
  • Review resource levels regularly, reporting deficiencies and potential solutions to the Design Manager.
  • Assist in the development of external design resources relevant to the role.
  • Attend and contribute to regular project briefings, team meetings, and design review meetings.
  • Continuously assess and review contract programs within design and innovation teams.
  • Work within established Company policies and procedures.
  • Encourage achievement and continuous improvement.
