Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the gym facilities, including the upkeep of equipment and the cleaning of communal areas.
  • Support the gym team in delivering a high-quality service to members, including assisting with fitness classes and providing guidance on gym equipment.
  • Deal with member complaints in a fair and professional manner, escalating issues to management as necessary.
  • Participate in learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the growth and success of the gym.
