Job Summary
The Scheduling Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the health and wellbeing team at our client's centre. This role will involve developing, implementing, and maintaining rota schedules and related processes, ensuring the effective delivery of care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement rota schedules and related processes to ensure the effective delivery of care services
- Manage various administrative functions, including maintaining the daily care diary, organizing meetings, taking minutes, and monitoring emails
- Liaise with internal and external partners to arrange staff cover and ensure timely servicing of equipment
- Support the clinical team by organizing records, coordinating clinical audits, monitoring staff absences, and managing care supplies
- Assist with booking staff training and supporting volunteers, and help coordinate communication regarding member engagement
- Provide support for events at the Centre
Requirements
- Experience using database systems
- Experience managing rota administration
- High level of Excel spreadsheet skills
