Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a Team: Manage a team of hospitality staff to ensure excellent customer service and a high-quality match day experience.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.
- Event Management: Coordinate and execute event logistics, including setup, service, and breakdown of hospitality areas.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are available for events.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, guests, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful event.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to guest needs and resolve issues.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, guests, and other stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours: Part-time shift work, paid weekly. From £16.00 - £18.00 per hour (depending on experience). Shifts will be available throughout the year and on various match days, and times can vary but typically shifts are between 7 - 8 hrs.
