We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Manager to join our team at Reed, a leading global recruitment agency. Key Responsibilities
  • Global Reward Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive global reward strategy that supports our business goals and objectives.
  • Compensation and Benefits Management: Manage our compensation and benefits programs, including job levelling, bonus frameworks, and annual review processes.
  • Project Management: Lead multiple reward projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of reward analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their objectives.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze complex data and present findings to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and external partners.

Requirements
