About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Private Client Lawyer/Senior Associate to join our highly established law firm. This is an exciting opportunity for a legal professional looking to take the next step in their career by managing a small team while handling a varied and interesting caseload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of three, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality client service.
  • Casework: Undertake a diverse range of private client matters, including:
    • Wills
    • Powers of Attorney
    • Probate applications
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring all legal needs are met efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues across our offices to deliver high-quality client service.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in wills, powers of attorney, and probate applications.
  • Desirable Skills: Desirable experience in tax, trusts, and contentious probate.
  • Private Client Background: Strong private client background with a focus on delivering excellent client care.
  • Leadership Skills: Leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a small team.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel between office locations as needed (expenses reimbursed).
