Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mandarin speaking Customer Claims Specialist to join our team at People First. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer insurance data, updating receivable and receipt information, and communicating with sales teams and customers to resolve claim issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer insurance data, including receivable and receipt information, in our internal systems.
  • Update sales policy information in our internal systems on a regular basis.
  • Review and process customer claims, collecting required information for manager review.
  • Communicate with sales teams and customers to resolve claim issues and provide excellent customer service.
  • Issue credit notes via our internal systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Working experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Excel and skilled in most functions.
  • Self-motivated and able to work well in a team setting.
