Project Manager - Commercial Risk

Aon is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in the Commercial Risk arena. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating all aspects of the project process, including Requests for Proposals and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating and facilitating project processes, including Requests for Proposals and client presentations.
  • Balancing multiple projects and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Editing content for readability, consistency, and brand compliance.
  • Ensuring end-to-end review of Request for Proposal responses prior to submission.
  • Responsibility for post-project reviews to share best practices and review content.
  • Following Aon policies and relevant legislations.
  • Building and developing positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Updating project-specific online systems.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills, including high-level written English.
  • Competent IT skills and digital literacy.
  • Creative and lateral problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skills:
  • Project management experience in insurance or a related field.
  • Technical insurance experience, with global knowledge preferred.
  • Experience with new business projects and/or development activities.
