Job Responsibilities:

We're seeking a warm and genuine individual who enjoys putting people first to join our team as a Concierge Associate. Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and greeting guests, providing a warm welcome and farewell
  • Assisting guests with taxi, restaurant, and ad-hoc requests during their stay
  • Familiarizing yourself with regular guests and ensuring they're always acknowledged
  • Performing porterage duties for guests, on both arrival and departure
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby area and front entrance
  • Assisting with VIP amenities, when necessary, alongside guest services and reception

Requirements:

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is a warm and genuine individual who enjoys putting people first
  • Constantly looks for ways to improve and enhance the guest experience
  • Has strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Has good knowledge of Manchester's restaurants, bars, and areas of interest
