About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Behaviour Mentor to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting the mental health and well-being of vulnerable young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to students with SEMH needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to create and implement personalized intervention plans
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive learning environment
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Psychology, Criminology, or a related field
  • Experience working with children and young people with SEMH needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
