Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Cannock, Staffordshire. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our UK and European entities, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, processing leavers and references, and scanning and filing documents.
  • Welcoming and greeting clients and customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Supporting the coordination of marketing events, health and wellbeing initiatives, and other office duties as required.
  • Liaising with suppliers and being the main point of contact for our office location.
  • Providing advice, guidance, and support to managers in the effective use of HR policies and procedures.
  • Adhering to and working in accordance with HR processes, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in HR administration or customer service.
  • Already certified or in the process of working towards a CIPD qualification.
  • Full driving license and passport, as this position may involve some European travel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge and understanding of applicable UK regulatory requirements.
