We are a well-established and privately owned enterprise with a long-standing history.As leading importers of fabrics and garments, we possess extensive expertise, designing, developing, and stocking our own premium quality range of team and sportswear apparel, catering to retailers, resellers, and brands, while achieving remarkable year-on-year growth.
In light of our ongoing expansion from our purpose-built facility, we are seeking to hire an outstanding client relationship executive who brings enthusiasm and charisma.
A proactive mindset and a robust work ethic are essential.While experience in the sportswear or schoolwear sectors is not mandatory, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, office-based sales role or a similar environment, demonstrating a capacity for making a substantial volume of outbound calls to both new and existing clients daily to uncover opportunities and foster customer relationships.
Comprehensive product and system training will be provided.Our company is committed to nurturing and encouraging individuals who exhibit the right attitude and ambition to excel and advance in their roles.
Candidates must be self-driven, professional, well-groomed, and organized, with the ability to convert potential leads into valued customers.
You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing business with numerous long-standing clients in alignment with the company's objectives and strategies.
This position is B2B-focused, allowing you to leverage your skills to cultivate enduring business relationships.The role will also necessitate travel to meet a diverse array of clients face-to-face, with an expectation of spending approximately 2 to 3 days per month visiting clients in various locations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing your own portfolio of approximately 200 B2B existing accounts.
* Following up on new leads generated by our internal online marketing initiatives.
* Overseeing and maintaining customer intelligence, key prospects, and actions using our CRM system.
* Contributing to sales initiatives that introduce new products and incentives to both new and existing clients.
* Managing ongoing customer requirements, gathering product and competitor insights, and identifying competitive challenges to the business.
* Enhancing your knowledge and credibility in a significant and exciting market.
