About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Protection Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Protection Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to customers on protection products, including life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality advice to customers on protection products
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify customers' protection needs
  • Recommend and implement protection solutions that meet customers' needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product updates

Requirements

  • CEMAP qualification (or equivalent)
  • At least 18-24 months of experience in protection advice
  • Proven track record of sales success and excellent customer service skills
