Maintenance Scheduler

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Scheduler to join our team on a temporary basis. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and Coordinate Maintenance Tasks: Plan and execute maintenance activities in a timely manner, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed efficiently.
- Liaise with Maintenance Team: Allocate resources and assign tasks based on priority and availability, working closely with the maintenance team to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain Schedules and Records: Update and maintain accurate maintenance schedules, logs, and records, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Communicate with Internal Teams and Contractors: Confirm schedules and address any issues that may arise, ensuring effective communication with internal teams and external contractors.
- Monitor Progress and Prepare Reports: Track the progress of maintenance activities, preparing reports and documentation related to maintenance activities, including work orders, status updates, and completion reports.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a scheduling, administrative, or coordination role, with a strong understanding of maintenance operations.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring efficient execution of maintenance activities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with different stakeholders.
- Monday to Friday: Available to work Monday to Friday, with shifts either from 08:30 to 16:30 or 10:00 to 18:00.
- 37 Hours per Week: Work 37 hours per week, with shifts either from 08:30 to 16:30 or 10:00 to 18:00, with the later shift only required two days every week and a half.
