Unlock Your Potential as a Junior Lawyer

We are seeking a talented and ambitious junior lawyer to join our dynamic team at Executive Network Legal Limited. As a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile commercial matters, engage in international work, and develop your skills in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a dynamic and exciting caseload of commercial matters, with opportunities to engage in international work.
  • Draft and review commercial contracts and agreements, as well as advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.
  • Provide legal advice on compliance and regulatory matters, while assisting with business development and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Work closely with our team to deliver exceptional levels of client care and support.

Requirements:

  • Newly qualified status up to 3 years PQE, gained in either national firms or reputable niche firms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Able to work full-time in our office due to the team setup.
