Position Overview

SENIOR CORPORATE LAWYER - 5+ YEARS' PQE

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Lawyer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied portfolio of corporate clients, demonstrating technical proficiency and confidence in handling complex transactions.
  • Collaborate closely with a respected Partner and the Head of Corporate, contributing to strategic growth initiatives.
  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of commercial principles, adopting a practical approach to problem-solving.
  • Engage in business development activities and client retention strategies, showcasing true commercial insight.
  • Participate as a vital member of a larger team, particularly on substantial transactions.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in corporate law.
  • A strong desire to progress within a supportive and autonomous environment.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team.
