Job Title: Aspiring Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our team as an Aspiring Clinical Psychologist. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced team to provide support and assistance to children with complex needs.

About the Role:
  • Provide assistance and support to children before, during, and after lessons
  • Assist children in understanding and participating in tasks in an appropriate way
  • Encourage the development of appropriate social skills
  • Maintain individual student records
  • Help build confidence and motivation
  • Participate in team meetings and training programs
  • Work with managers and employees to support the developing culture of the organization
  • Follow regulations pertaining to safeguarding
