Job Overview

At Entry Point Recruitment, we are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant. As a Recruitment Professional, you will play a crucial role in every aspect of the full cycle hiring process, from sourcing and vetting candidates to managing and developing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from sourcing jobs and candidates, arranging interviews and managing the offer process.
  • Identify and attract outstanding candidates through a variety of techniques, such as headhunting, referrals, and networking.
  • Build long-lasting, deep client relationships with a variety of different sized companies, learning skills such as negotiation and objection handling.
  • Coach and develop enhanced sales skills, including SPIN and MEDICC.
  • Meet clients, understand their business needs, and deliver recruitment solutions.
  • Research and create your own brand portfolio.
  • Attend industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • A University Degree in any subject is preferred but not essential.
  • A desire to work in a world-class sales environment.
  • Available to start work immediately or in the near future.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to work.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
  • Resilience, tenacity, and the ability to handle rejection.
  • No previous recruitment experience is required, but a desire to learn and succeed is essential.
  • Happy to work in a flexible environment, with a mix of office and remote work.
