Construction Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) | Leading Firm | Expertise in Construction Law

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Construction Solicitor to join our clients' team in Suffolk. As a Construction Solicitor, you will handle your own cases while assisting senior associates and partners with complex matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee individual caseloads effectively.
  • Support senior associates and partners in a range of cases.
  • Deliver commercial and strategic legal advice to clients in the construction sector.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrate excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Requirements:
    • A minimum of 2:1 degree classification and a strong academic background.
    • Proven experience in contentious construction matters is essential.
    • Prior experience with adjudications and TCC work is required.
    • Non-contentious construction experience is highly desirable.
    • Business development skills and experience are a plus.
    • Strong presentation and communication skills.
