Position Summary:
As a member of the E-7 Training Team, you will play a crucial role in the effective execution and ongoing support of a significant training initiative, essential for our operations and the safety of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the E-7 Training Delivery Manager, the E-7 Tactical Training Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Delivering comprehensive theoretical and practical training materials, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and relevance.
  • Conducting training sessions for E-7 simulator and ground training in line with company protocols and regulatory guidelines.
  • Contributing to the development and enhancement of training materials and systems.
  • Utilizing both instructor-led and computer-based training methodologies.
  • Assessing student competencies in accordance with regulatory requirements and providing feedback to the training hierarchy.
  • Maintaining safety standards and promoting a culture of proactive safety awareness.

Additional Duties:
Ensuring the precision and quality of training outputs, mentoring colleagues, and delivering training services that adhere to the highest technical and regulatory standards.

Collaborating with the Course Design Team to create and maintain training materials in alignment with the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT).

Preferred Qualifications:
A background in air operations control, ideally with recent experience in E-7 operations. Qualifications should include:

  • Completion of the Aircrew Instructor Course (AIC).
  • Familiarity with course design and assurance methodologies.
  • Experience working within the guidelines set by the Ministry of Defence (MOD) Joint Service Publication (JSP) 822 or equivalent training frameworks.
  • Strong IT proficiency.
  • Eligibility for UK security clearance.

This position is based at our facility, and remote work is not an option.
