Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Verto People. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities in the Mechanical Engineering sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop key accounts within the Mechanical Engineering sector, including Hydraulics, Pneumatics, couplings, bearings, filtration, hoses, valves, pumps, seals, gaskets, compressed air, rotating equipment, gearboxes, and cylinders.
- Identify and target new clients that can benefit from our Hydraulic & Pneumatic product range.
- Maintain Mechanical Engineering product sales through demonstration, exhibition, and negotiation to achieve targets.
- Liaise with various engineering departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Work from home, with occasional travel across the region.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, or similar role.
- Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with a reputable engineering manufacturer.
- Technical qualification, such as an HNC, HND, or Degree, would be advantageous.
- Full clean driving license.
