About the Role

As a Multi Skilled Operative, you'll be responsible for the safe and proper operation and maintenance of site vehicles. This is a multi-task role that involves receiving and directing waste, loading RDF and commodity bales, and maintaining a clean working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily equipment checks to ensure vehicles are in good working condition.
  • Complete daily report forms for all equipment used, including mileage and service records.
  • Operate with diligence and care, adhering to Health and Safety parameters.
  • Provide control of waste at the point of unloading.
  • Clean the working area in and out of the cab.
  • Inform the shift leader about accidents, unsuitable waste, and other incidents.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with a strong attitude for compliance and good attention to detail. You should be robust, resilient, and able to absorb pressure while responding positively.

Advantageous Qualifications

  • Experience in Waste Management, Warehousing, or Construction.
  • Mechanical knowledge.
  • Mobile plant operation and maintenance.
  • Previous experience operating a FLT, loading shovel, or 360.
