Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Reed. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with existing and new advertising clients, developing sales strategies, and achieving monthly targets for display advertising in our printed magazine and online advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new advertising clients to increase sales revenue.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly targets for display advertising in our printed magazine and online advertising.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client contacts, orders, and sales performance using Sage CRM.
  • Collaborate with the accounts department to resolve invoicing queries and ensure timely payment from clients.
  • Produce commission sheets on a monthly basis to track sales performance.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the advertising industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • High level of numeracy and literacy, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong understanding of the financial market and ability to communicate complex financial information to clients.
  • Previous experience working in a similar advertising sales role, with skills in IT including MS Word, Excel, and database management.
