Job Title: Quality Assurance Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team at CA Tech Talent. As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Internal and External Audits: Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and lead external audits to ensure our products and services meet customer expectations.
  • Manage Non-Conformance Reports: Investigate and resolve non-conformance reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
  • Oversee Quality Process Improvements: Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Administer Equipment Calibration: Ensure equipment is calibrated and maintained to meet industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Conducting Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Ability to Address Non-Conformance Issues: Investigate and resolve non-conformance reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
  • Experience in Quality Process Improvements: Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Knowledge of Equipment Calibration Procedures: Ensure equipment is calibrated and maintained to meet industry standards.
